Area Attractions
Looking for something fun to do while you’re visiting Republic? Our inn is located within easy walking distance of the town’s shops and restaurants, as well as the best historical sites and the Stonerose fossil site (which is one of the few places in the U.S. where you can hunt for fossils and keep the ones you find). You can easily explore the entire town on foot and walk to nearby shops, restaurants, sporting supply, and grocery stores. We are also perfectly situated for visitors attending the annual Ferry County Fair, Prospector Days, and the Republic Fly-In, and other fun events.
We’re a good choice for travelers wishing to explore more of Ferry County, which is situated between the beautiful Colville and Okanogan National Forests. For the price of a day pass, you can visit Curlew Lake State Park and fish for trout off their dock or swim from their beach. During the winter, we’re a great launch point for days of snowshoeing, skiing, or snow mobiling on our many great trails.
